Excellent facilities and relaxing ambience

This Spa hotel offers a perfect relaxing getaway both for families and individuals alike. The massages are well worth a try. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot stone massage in particular. The spa facilities include a luxurious Turkish bath, an outdoor pool with slides, indoor hot spring pools and a jacuzzi, as well as a kid's pool. Not to forget the impressive steam room with menthol, sauna and a relaxation room with heated loungers.There is something for everyone. It's perfect for people that prefer [moderately] segregated facilities, as there are separate spas for both men and women. Breakfast, tea and dinner operate on a buffet system, which is fuss free. Lots to choose from. Entertainment was good. Live music played every night. The music may not cater to everyone's tastes, but we enjoyed it. There was a slight glitch with our post dinner drink orders but it was forgivable. I appreciated the diverse range of outdoor and indoor lounging areas. All in all, great customer service and facilities .

We always have a trip from Ankara to Gökova, Muğla where our parents stay in summer season. Afyon Özdilek facilities is perfect point for short rest and having meal and shopping. It is also place where thermal hotels stand around for one night stay during our trip. And, we choose NG Gural hotel to stay and we were happy when we were leaving next day. Since, they were very kind and hotel was very clean and hygienic. Thanks to receptionists for their favour to us even we were very late to come hotel that night

High class hotel with extended levels of excellency

Location is about 15 to 20min to the center of afyon. To be honest, Maybe some people find this hotel a bit expensive but it's worth every penny u spend. That's something I assure u. Actually it should be called a resort, not just a hotel. It's a huge hotel & It has a lot & lots of entertainments for the kids. So its great for the families with kids. The spa is amazing with choices of several pools & treatments. The Turkish hamam is fabulous & very fancy. The gardens landscape is wonderful, specially the garden with the fountain. It's absolutely beautifull. Food is great. Beds are cozy & rooms are very clean & fancy
The staff service level is very high in class & perfect. . The front desk, "Meleh" speaks very good English & has been such a great help & went beyond his job to help me wen I needed the help. I can't thank him enough. Seriously this resort exceeds all limits of excellency. Their branch in sapanca also maintains the same exact level. So I guess when you see any hotel with this logo NG, you rest assure that it's perfection. The only thing that I wish can be changed is the wi fi Internet connection restrictions. Every times I turn of & on my mob or go out of the hotel, the wi fi asks me to type the password again to log in. It's a bit inconvenient & unnecessary. Other than that, it's a great fancy hotel.

NG Afyon Spa Hotel has lots of facilites that 2 day is not enough. The spa area is one of the biggest in the region and has lots of facilites. There are also private spa rooms you can hire in the hotel. You also enjoy the spa water in your deluxe room. The cuisine of the hotel is well too. You can enjoy at breakfast and dinner with the variety of food.

NG Hotels Afyon is the best SPA & Wellness hotel in the region.
SPA
SPA is natural spring water with unisex,men and women pools . SPA ambiance is great & fresh. Staff was great & helpful.
Rooms
We stayed in a family room with two bed rooms. Sleeping quality is excellent,quiet and comfortable. You can find all amenities for both men & women. Tea&coffee&water is free in the room.
WIFI
Wi-Fi is free in the room and all areas of the hotel.
Dining
Hotel operates on a half board basis including breakfast, dinner and five o'clock tea with local cookies & potatoes served as open buffet where you can find variety of local foods. The food is amazing and delicious.
As a result, we recommend NG Hotel Afyon to everyone couples and families if they really like SPA and food.
