Friendly, family run comfortable apartments

Stayed here for a few nights. We knew of this hotel as we used to live locally. It's run by a lovely couple and their son. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with an open plan kitchen area and sitting room, and a bedroom. There is also a balcony. Satellite tv and free wifi in the rooms.Air conditioning is available at a charge. There is a pool bar which serves breakfast, snacks and full meals as well as a good selection of drinks. The biggest draw for us is the swimming pool as it is rectangular and very large compared to hotels close by, and is well maintained and spotlessly clean. We intend to stay there again in the future as we were made very welcome and enjoyed our stay. The location is really good as its only about a 10 minute walk into the marina and a 5 minute walk in the other direction to catch a bus to town or to other resorts on the peninsula.

Please don't waste your money!!

We arrived in the middle of the night with our two small children, we are a family of 4. We were then advised the hotel is closed for the season, and they were not expecting us, we were shown to a room with no pillows or duvets and in October the evenings are chilly. We slept the first night with no bedding at all.

The rooms are really very basic, the sofa bed is filthy they offered another room but the currently filthy sofa bed seems a little cleaner than the others we were offered. When asked about sofa we were advised they are planning to clean them at the end of season!!! I have to say the only positive about this hotel is that a maid comes daily and she does leave fresh towels, and cleans the bedding every few days.

The second night we were here the staff had a party in the apartment below ours, we were unable to sleep until 3am, we had asked in both Turkish and English numerous times to please keep the noise down as they woke our children to which they advised they were nearly finished. The current local time as I type this is 02.25 I am unable to sleep due to the staff TV which blares out every night!! Respect or service is something these staff know nothing about.

There was no running water for two days and we have managed to have a shower once while we have been here 10 days now, the water is freezing cold, when we asked about the water we were advised everyone else uses it first, but the Hotel is closed? No it isn't new people are arriving daily. They do not have hot water, if they do it's very very limited.

Let's talk amenities, sorry I can't because there aren't any, to my friends in the UK please please don't waste your money you will end up like me sitting on Trip Adviser in the middle of the night unable to sleep due to loud staff.

The place is utterly awful we go out every day because the hotel is somewhat depressing to be honest with you, the bar and pool are closed, and the staff make you honestly feel like you are intruding on their home.

Another fantastic holiday!! After mix up with room on arrival sorted next day. Turker the manager was on the ball brilliant told fab holiday. Will be back again next year. Let's hoof. They get room right first time this time!! ball. Brilliant

Great place to stay

When we arrived at the Hadi apartment we were greeted by two members of staff who informed us that they were overbooked and we had to move to another hotel for one night . When we got to the other hotel it wasn't the best room I have ever stayed in infact it was probably the worst . As it was only for one night we put up with it . The next morning went back to the Hadi as we were told come back at 10.00 am . Our room was still not ready so Turkem is the guy that is in charge explained what happened and he then took us to the bar for drinks . He did apologise to us and gave us also free air conditioning and also let us have a late check out . That seemed to be the only problem throughout the week . We booked this apartment only after reading TripAdvisor reviews and they are not wrong . This is a lovely apartment to stay in the family that run it are very nice and very helpful even when we were leaving the mother came and waved goodbye to us which is a really nice gesture. They leave you to do your own thing . The pool is always empty and spotless and plenty of sunbeds and the food is very good as well I would certainly recommend these apartments and I'm sure I will return here again

Four is not four

We booked a family room via booking.com for 4 people. Upon arrival, we were at reception and shown our room. This was in no way a family room. One room with two single beds. A sleeper couch in the main entrance and they had to bring in another portable bed. The kitched was equipped with 3 knives, forks and spoons. 3 mugs, 1 glass, 2 teaspoons, two side plates and 2 bowls. Isn't a room for four meant to have four of each item?

Besides the room not being equipped for four people as advertised, it was clean, there is a nice pool and bar area. Its a 15 minute walk down to the marina and there is a private car park available. All in all, on a budget, a very good stay.
