Worst hotel I've seen in years. Filthy floors,bathrooms,beds, & unkempt employees.
Our sheets and comforters stained in MULTIPLE places (GROSS stains too). Pool not working as advertised. Smelled BAD. Cigarettes littered parking lot. Would not recommend to my dog.

My entire dance studio booked this hotel when we had a dance competitioin to attend. We arrived and found out that the pool (the biggest reason we picked this place) was not working and may or may not be working before the night was over. We received not phone call to give us a heads up. Although many of my dance students decided to move down the street to a hotel with a pool, I decided to stay at this location, just in case others decided to stay. After checking in, I arrived at my non-smoking room, which had a very strong odor of OLD cigarette smoke. Carpet was filthy. I too, then moved down the street to the other hotel.

The only good this is that the clerk that was on felt bad that we didn't have the pool and she allowed us all a full refund even though they did not have to.

Clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was great. If you are comfortable with a hotel in transition this is the place for you. Close to everything you may need for your stay. Market Basket and NH Liquor store just across the street.

Stay Here As A Hotel Of Last Resort!

I booked a 4-night stay based on previous reviews and it was close to the business I needed to see. I arrived after 6pm and the room style I requested was not available. There were no washcloths in the room because they were still washing them. I finally got a damp set around 11pm. There was a sliding glass and screen door in the room to the outside. The problem with this is there is not a porch or anything to step on but air! Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The hall carpets looked like they had not been cleaned in years. I checked out the next morning and canceled the rest of my stay there.

The Hampshire Inn is located just off the highway in Seabrook New Hampshire. The overall rating in my opinion is better than average. We were given a two bedroom suite for the price of one due to current renovations. The Inn has all that you require in accomodation and handy to good restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and they do have a selection of food, like English muffins, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, bagels, coffee and tea. Breakfast starts at 5:30 am. You can get coffee and tea anytime near reception. We stayed three nights and were comfortable in the room. I thought the Inn was good value for the money.
