nice and safe place to stay
Kaire Mon 12/07/2017 10:52I was working as photographer in Crufts 2017 and needed a hotel room next showplace, because day was long and I wasnt not interested to have an adventure with heavy camera after long workday.
In general, it wasnt bad hotel - very expensive but furnishing old and tired, not so clean as I did expected. Every move for money, nothing complimentary.
Stuff was nice and friendly, no problems. I would expect larger selection in breakfast, but it was so-so. On the contrary room service menu was good and food delicious, my special compliments to chief.

Immediately around a little run down but that is more about Birmingham.
Rooms excellent - comfiest beds. Good shower/ bathroom. Nice ideas, dispensers for shower gel etc, controls not immediately under shower head. Towels good. Breakfast good - air con. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful.
Only minus and I imagine it is a temporary issue, there was an unusual smell in communal areas but thankfully not in the rooms.

Breakfast served till 11, so if u fancy a lay in after a great night out this is Deffo the hotel for you.
Spacious rooms although ours was for disabled as no other available, doesn't really matter.
The catch on the door caught my arm, now iv the biggest bruise ever, these should really be removed.
Comfy bed so good nights sleep, rooms exceptionally clean
Room had air con, wasn't noisy neither.will Deffo stay again.
Right in the thick of it all
Robert Pon 11/07/2017 18:32Broad street is bang in the middle of all things wild on a Saturday plus a great central location for getting around - our stay at the Hampton by Hilton was very pleasurable albeit they had a slight problem with drain aroma whilst we were there but it did not affect our room nor our break - we stayed on the 17th floor offering a fab view of your surroundings plus it kept you well away from the throngs of cars and people on Saturday night - The staff made us very welcome and went out of their way to assist when needed
Lovely clean room in a good location
Mia Bon 10/07/2017 12:15Stayed on Broad street because of an event I was attending which was literally next door to the hotel so the location was perfect. It's not far from New Street train station which made it a nice walk. As a vegan there wasn't that much choice for me at breakfast, and the orange trays made it look and feel very school canteen like. But apart from that would recommend.
