Enjoyable Hotel
kjeanmacon 09/08/2017 02:33Bed was comfortable, good size king room and the pool was nice! Very close to shopping, like Target. Many choices in restaurants that are close! Enjoy the Mexican Restaurant nearby! I will be back for sure!
Friendly Staff
PatriotsFan1960on 05/08/2017 01:26Staff was friendly and go out of way to say hello and attend to your needs. Didn't give 5 stars as bathroom fan didn't work. Also should have sheers on windows not just black out drapes. Otherwise great stay.
Great Hotel
ctwoodsideon 04/08/2017 20:31Room was clean and uodated. Staff was very friendly. True southern hospitality! Stayed one night for a business trip but wish I could have stayed longer. Great restaurant choices within a short driving distance.
Pleasant Stay
ernestmaxeyon 25/07/2017 18:43We stayed at this Hampton Inn this past Saturday. Rooms were very clean and the staff was professional and friendly. I will stay at this location in September when we are back in Aiken. I highly recommend this location as it is very convenient and surrounded by restaurants including Krispy Kreme.
Horrible Customer Service
kaytay82on 21/06/2017 14:55My husband had to stay here for his job and although the company paid for the room, the front desk clerk told him they needed out debit card to put 133.00 dollars on hold for "damages" and that the hold would be released the next day since he was only staying one night. He has stayed at plenty of Hampton Inns and this has never happened before. The hold did not come off of our account and when I checked it, the transaction actually cleared! He called them 6 days later asking what was going on and they said they issued a refund to us which will take 5-7 business days....so a total of possibly 12 days they have our money even though the room was PAID FOR IN ADVANCE! I have still YET to see that money back in the account. Please do not tell someone the money will go back in your account the next business day when you still have it a week later. Horrible customer service, obviously people at the front desk need better training.
