C6607ESjeffcon 30/06/2017 01:29Pool was down, internet not working, car windows broken out in parking lot and mgmt was not avail to speak regarding any issues. It took calling corporate office to get into a new hotel. Ginny at the hotel was accommodating.
High rate, but very nice
Gideon_Krasmanicon 29/06/2017 18:01I stayed here in Rm. 105 the night of 6/17 with my family. This is probably the nicest Hampton Inn I've stayed in. Just walking in, it smelled...clean. Room was clean and spacious - again the best I've had at a Hampton. The fitness center, pool, business center and breakfast area were all great.
All that being said, the rate was literally double what other Hampton stays were for one night
Excellent Hotel
Brent_Bakeron 25/06/2017 11:15The hotel is conveniently located surrounded by excellent restaurants. The hotel is within walking distance of several steakhouses including a local one. The rooms are clean, customer service is great and the hotel is well maintained. I will stay at this Hampton every time I go to Amarillo on business. I highly recommend the hotel.

Diego Aon 23/06/2017 10:38The reason for our trip to Amarillo was a sad one, but Mr. Anthony Urias made us feel especially welcome with his home cooked meal, which was offered free to all the hotel guests. His warm personality and delicious recipes shared with hotel guests exhibited a rare welcome that I don't think I have ever observed, but wish that I could experience more often. That kind of hospitality makes this hotel exceptional and therefore stands out from the rest. Thanks to him and thanks to the entire hotel staff for a wonderful stay during a difficult time.
Nice Hampton
Martha Mon 20/06/2017 17:28Our room was nice, clean and with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, breakfast foods were slowed to be replaced or not hot; however, part of the problem was due to unruly children and parents literally taking large volumes of food at one time.
