Adequate but lackluster
B2123PTdavidron 03/06/2017 22:56The check-in process was seamless, but I was not greeeted as a Hilton honors member. The jets in the hot tub were definitely well used and the breakfast didn't offer much for he on-the-go traveler. Overall, it's satisfactory but the embassy suites and new hotel w? Next to the Hampton suites are preferable for the same price.
Great hotel
davidcT9638AWon 03/06/2017 22:49My room was fantastic . I had a junior suite with a small kitchen . The hotel seems brand new . Very comfortable . Just like a small apartment . Staff was fantastic and the complimentary breakfast was good with options from fruit to waffles and plenty of juices
Comfortable, clean, good service and very thoughtful
Madeline Ton 03/06/2017 20:00Really like the friendly service at this hotel. They also have a "grab breakfast to go" breakfast bag for those who didnt had time for breakfast. I also see tray of complementary cookies... i didnt tried both as i took a nice breakfast at level 2 (interesting DIY waffle making) but i feel its really thoughtful. Had a jacuzzi in the room as well. Nice gym and DIY washers although i didnt tried. Definately i will be back
Nice place to stay but overpriced
Kevin A Son 02/06/2017 14:32The price seemed steep especially when the 13% local taxes are added to the bill. Off street parking is a plus. Room was clean and large. Complimentary breakfast was OK (good coffee, yogurts some fresh fruit) but was primarily based on several pre-cook/frozen items.
Buffalo Marathon visit
803stanleycon 01/06/2017 01:21Stayed in Buffalo to participate in the Buffalo Marathon. The hotel staff was very helpful, the accomodations were excellent and well maintained. Good location for enjoying Main St. and the Harbor area also.
