Amanda Bon 25/08/2017 23:36This is not my family and I's first stay. We have stayed here before. We decided to stay here again for the eclipse :) . Everything was still the same :) . Wonderful front desk staff, wonderful breakfast staff, wonderful housekeeping staff, comfortable beds, and an amazing breakfast :) . We will definitely be back again :)

louangkhothon 24/08/2017 13:19Over the stay was pleasant. We didn't have much choice because it was a business trip. I wished the hot tub was working and there were complimentary stuff like qtips and such for guests. Our shower door didn't close all the way so there were water leaking overtime we showered. Also, it would be nice that the hotel sold stamps since it is in the middle of nowhere and they have lots of business travelers there. The staffs were friendly and helpful though.

BellesLettreson 21/08/2017 21:44One of the best Hampton Inns I've stayed in. The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely accommodating. Our stay very relaxing. Quiet room, nice grounds. Conveniently located next to a restaurant. I would book this hotel again if in the area.

beckomon 09/08/2017 23:48If you are anywhere nearby and need a place to stay, then this is your destination. The staff here is incredible! Unlike other many others, they actually notice you.
I travel here at least once a month and it is not uncommon for them to call me by name as I enter the building.
This evening, the staff prepared a special meal for a gentleman who has been staying here regularly for some time. The dinner wasn't for me but I was sincerely impressed by their actions. A table complete with table cloth, silverware and a glass of wine along with a specially prepared meal. I happened to be next to him and heard that he has a special diet that the Hampton staff was aware of and had planned for on this occasion.
I spoke to one of the employees and they shared with me a personal tragedy that the guest had endured and that they always tried to look after him when he visited.
Who does this anymore? The staff at the Hampton Inn in Clinton, SC do.
As a fellow traveler, it is not the meal they had prepared for him. It's not all the little details that they put into this to make it special for him. For me, it is that they notice you. If you stay a few times, they will remember you.
I never feel as if I am a stranger here.
I stay in hotels quite often and I would not miss the opportunity to stay here among friends.
