teri7478on 10/06/2017 14:20Worst Hampton Inn ever. Got zero sleep, despite the comfy beds and fluffy pillows. Hampton Inn, have you not heard of soundproofing??? This hotel sits right next to I-40 and it is loud! If you must stay here, ask for a room on the opposite side of the building from the highway, and don't bother with the complimentary ear plugs. They don't work. I do have to say that the staff was quite friendly and the breakfast was hot.

B9202QNgaryton 04/06/2017 15:12Outstanding service, from the best fresh food breakfast buffet compares to cracker barrell, to always asking if there was anything they could get us or do for us and always with a smile, very clean rooms as well as the staff very professional and also dressed very neatly ...would put this hotel at the top of the list and it compares to any higher end that i have stayed at.....Wonderful stay, Wonderful food and Wonderful service....great job Hampton Inn of Lebanon Tennessee
Very Pleasant New Norm
johnpK9221EHon 04/06/2017 14:21The Hampton Inn & Suites in Lebanon, TN was as we have become accustomed to for HIS's; It meets the new norm or standard we think the average motel has to offer now. It was quite clean, the staff, (front desk & cleaning) were personable & helpful when asked, a complimentary breakfast is offered with hot & cold items, fruit, juice & bakery goods. Internet service is offered, complimentary or more secured, a fitness center & small pool area. We do not utilize the last 2 items so have not grading of those. Room was appointed well to very well: A mini-fridge, microwave & work desk with extra pullout surface area. Fridge cooled poorly, however.
So close to interstate they give you ear plugs
TNyankeegalon 04/06/2017 04:33This is a nice property, away from the busy strip but close, to everything, too. The bad? Know before you go...request a room at the front of the hotel to avoid excessive noise from the road. Rooms in back are so close to the interstate that it will interrupt your sleep, complimentary ear plugs or no. Clean, fresh, good hotel if you know before you go.

Julie Lon 03/06/2017 18:38Price is a little high, but rooms are awesome and very comfortable and very clean. They even have a place to wash clothes!!! Very helpful staff very considerate!!! They even gave us bottles of water when we checked in.
