Awesome stay!

Had a girl's trip with my mom and sister. We stayed from June7 to June 13 in Rm 212.We had reservations at another hotel but cancelled them due to bad reviews and we were lucky to find this Gem as it was a busy time with Bonnarroo and the CMA festival. I was able to check in online and choose my room! That was a first for me. When we arrived in our room, front desk called and asked if we needed anything and if our room was ok, which it was! Twice during our stay we had happy hour from 6-7 of pizza, beer, salad and popcorn! The staff Tippy and another lady were so gracious and welcoming during happy hour! The housekeeping staff were very thorough in cleaning our room and appreciative of $$ we left them. The breakfast was good and filling and i had many options. The pool was nice and clean and always had clean towels. The gym was good and you have the option of working out at gold's gym if you want to. The hotel was quiet at night no noisy halls, and i could not hear my neighbors! Our experience was awesome! The staff was great, Travis, Chason, the breakfast ladies, the front desk staff all of them were very gracious and always had a smile on their face and very courteous!

I do not feel the room was cleaned very well. Makeup was smeared on the light switch and hair dryer. The carpet was filthy based on the bottoms of my socks. The staff was welcoming and nice. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent stay in Murfreesboro!

This hotel is excellent in service, spacious rooms, location, cleanliness and comfort. I stayed with a friend for 4 days while our teenagers attended Bonnaroo. Perfect choice. Lots to do nearby in Franklin and Nashville as well as in Murfreesboro.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was big and very clean. Beds were very comfy. Free breakfast was served until 10am. Fresh cookies and the best sweet tea in the south are served between 6-9pm. The hotel is within walking distance to Burger King and Slim Chicken. Great place! Would def recommend!!!

Not our favorite stay

My husband and I are Hilton Honors members and made reservations for this hotel the night before our arrival. A bit overpriced for the night but all other hotels were booked for some reason. Lobby seemed ok but lots of people waiting to be checked. When we got there, there was an issue that we weren't told about during check in. You can always tell when the front desk person has to call over two other people to help and they were whispering to each other. We finally were given our key to our room. First floor is not our first choice but we didn't want to be too picky after waiting so long to check in. Our room was a handicapped room, not what we had reserved. Went to see if we could change and were told nothing else available. I was surprised that when i made the reservation online it didn't give me an issue with room availability. The air conditioner was extremely noisy when we turned it on and continued throughout the night that way. We had left to go visit some friends ( reason we were in the area) and when we got back we were lucky to find a place to park. There were two homeless people sitting on the bench out front with their shopping carts. I am sympathetic to their plight but not good when you can't walk into your hotel without people asking for money which they were doing to people as they walked in. Check out was no problem but would not stay at this hotel again.
