Great family travel experience
206juliannewon 10/06/2017 15:54This hotel was the best hotel experience that I have had in recent years. Customer service was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were updated with a modern bathroom, and comfortable queen beds and pillows. The breakfast had a wide selection of items that I consider a full breakfast buffet. The food was very good.

jamesrt2017on 08/06/2017 10:20Hotel was relatively new. The staff was very friendly except they did not recognize me as a Hilton Honors member. Breakfast buffet was OK, but only average. The pool was good as was the hot tub, except the hot tub was not as bubbly as I would have liked.

Dawnie102on 05/06/2017 23:38Nice clean room and helpful staff. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast. We stopped for one night only but would stay longer if we could. We will be back through again. Hotel was easy to find and grounds were clean and landscaped nicely.
Very Clean and Comfortable
K3530MBellenson 05/06/2017 17:55This hotel was in the perfect location. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The working space was also efficient. Complimentary Wi-Fi was also quite nice! I worked from my room at times. The breakfast was also nice.. a selection of various items.. not too much .. just enough..
Nice, but difficult disabled parking.
Midwest55on 03/06/2017 02:16Clean and nice. However, trying to negotiate the disabled parking positions is difficult. These are located in an inclined area, making wheeled devices very difficult to operate, as they tend to roll away (as it did for me). A better location for disabled parking is a level area on the opposite side of the front door. But these are reserved for Hilton's Diamond Elite members, rather than the disabled. Another idea would be behind the hotel, near the rear door and elevators. But these also are reserved for Diamond Elite members. So this is not a great hotel for those with ambulatory issues----unless you're a Hilton Diamond Elite member.
