Nice staff, Management not so much
Bwana_OBXon 15/08/2017 10:09Nice facility, but Manager more interested in being right than in fixing problems identified by customers. When told that my cell phone was showing problems with the security certificate, the manager assured me there were no problems and that I should call the ISP myself. I know that the confirmed price for the room is not what I signed up for, but the manager derided my claim. The Manager offered me a discount (which did not match what I thought I was getting), and then tried to cut it in half and all but called me a liar when I brought this into question. Facility is also horribly overpriced in comparison to other Hampton facilities.
Excellent Hotel
Williams Gon 03/08/2017 15:16I cannot begin to say how wonderful our stay was at the Hampton Inn. The rooms very very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning. We had an amazing sleep at night. Most importantly the staff went above and beyond for our group. Even making us fresh cookies at night. They anticipated our needs and met them with a smile. Lovely was the most impressive employee there at there at the front desk and the person we connected with the most. She made our stay so much more special. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

GR Lon 01/08/2017 20:14Our family stayed in a Queen Suite. It was huge with separate areas for hanging out and for sleeping. Plus a little fridge / sink area. Whole experience for three days was fantastic. And Hampton has nice amenities, including internet and breakfast, for the price. Totally worth it. Been there before. Would stay there in a second if I go back.

THEODORE Pon 29/07/2017 15:18The arrival process was quick and easy...the room was nice, dark in a way with lighting but nice...the bed to me was ok I found hair everywhere in it but ok...the bathroom shower look like it seen some abuse...the mattress look like it seen some abuse...the corners of the rooms were covered in dust you could see the build up...the vending machine was not working...the leaving process was easy...the area around wasn't too bad...overall the experience was fine but what we paid seem like too much for what we got...but overall good would stay here again if needed

brandie9983445on 29/07/2017 05:21It was located in the perfect spot for us to be able to pick up are daughter from school . We are late at night coming from the west coast and they treated us like it was the middle of the day very friendly.
