NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!!
racing2travelon 03/06/2017 15:23This hotel should never be considered for your stay in Scottsdale. My wife and I stayed here in May 2017 and we had some items STOLEN from our room!! What did the hotel do? Nothing! There were only two other people that were in our room, the housekeeper upon our checkout and the new tenant who occupied the room after us. One of them is the thief! Probably the housekeeper. When we called the hotel and told them that we left some items behind, THEY REFUSED TO CONTACT THE OCCUPANT to see if they could check the room for our items!! Yes they refused. We have since contacted the local police department and they are investigating. The GM at the hotel, Marci, showed no compassion nor did she really even care about this theft. She refused to give me the name of the management company who runs this hotel. All she said was that she would forward our information to their insurance company. Like they are going to do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!'!!!!!
Hampton Talking Stick
14charliwon 01/06/2017 16:25This hotel is nice. It is close to the Talking Stick Casino. Bathrooms very clean. Rooms very clean. Air conditioner perfect. Breakfast was nice. Would have like more pastry items like donuts. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
Awesome surprise stay
queentothon 22/05/2017 17:34I was having some work done on my home and my mother in law was coming in to town. My husband and daughter were up north fishing so I decided to get a room away from the noise and dust of home repairs for my mother in law and I. I found this hotel online and from the first impression it is a beautiful and very clean hotel. The entryway is very welcoming.
Check in is 3pm but I was working until at least midnight and my mother in law was due in around noon. So I stopped at the hotel on my way to work around 9 am and the woman who checked me in and her boss, Roberta, could not have been more helpful. They let me check in in the morning and the room was beautiful. I put my things in and headed to work and my mother in law got there around 1. She planned on watching the Preakness. But the TV in the room did not work. The maintenance man was prompt and helpful. Turned out the TVs were out through the hotel. Roberta, according to MIL, got on the phone and had someone out to fix them well before I got back to the hotel.
The breakfast was also a nice surprise. It was delicious and hot.
The hotel is in a very nice area and the views are very pretty.
I definitely recommend this hotel.
Great Inn
James Con 21/05/2017 09:44Was here on a Monday but couldn't have asked for a better experience. Extremely clean, quiet and well cared for. Complimentary breakfast was well prepared and tasty. Can't go wrong staying here and a good price.

Amy Jon 15/05/2017 16:12Staff was excellent! Room was very comfortable! Great location to get around the Scottsdale area as well as Phoenix. Could not have been more pleased. Great coffee and friendly staff in the mornings as well. Would definitely stay here again!
