Room smelled, mold, and poor ventilation!
Richard Kon 19/07/2017 23:36I had to stay one night in a room that had a musty smell, poor A/C and climate control, and mold in the ceiling! It was horrible however the staff was willing to change my room the next day! I wouldn't recommend until they do a complete renovation!

18stephennon 15/07/2017 00:18I usually enjoy staying at Hampton Inns often making them my first choice. My experience of the one in Spartanburg want terrible but just plain ordinary and nothing special. I wouldn't reconmend it to any one and wouldn't return to stay. I would choose another hotel chain. Very simply, it just wasn't good for the cost - mediocure, blah, not great in comfort and not great in food and beverages. The breakfast was greasy and the orange juice tasted artificial. The bed wasn't that comfortable and the pillows were rediculously uncomfortable and felt cheap.

Curtis Won 12/07/2017 20:10This Hampton Inn appears to be brand new, but the service I received could only have come from years of experience. I have locked this motel's address into my car's GPS and added to my contact list on my cell phone. If you plan to stay anywhere need Spartanburg, SC; this is definitely the place to stay. You can expect and will receive fantastic service and a great breakfast from a dedicated staff of professionals. I have found another place to be my home away from home .
My normal hotel was full!
kellyannyon 10/07/2017 22:18I stayed here because my normal Hampton Inn was full. This is a nice hotel. It's very comfortable and very pretty. Its updated as well. The room was great, the staff very friendly. I love that they had apples out at all times. sometimes you're just hungry. LOL. .... and who does not love fresh coffee 24/7...

B2226PGcarlamon 05/07/2017 20:09Quality service, great location,friendly efficient staff. Staff were attentive to small details. Children and my husband enjoyed the pool area on Saturday. He told me how the manager remind him to wash the chlorine from the children's skin upon leaving the pool. She went the extra mile to be sure our children had a great time and didn't experience skin irritation.
