S7219PNrichardhon 22/08/2017 20:39Went for a wedding Everything was great. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great location. Breakfast was yummy. The parking was good too. Can't say I was pleased with the weather Muggy! For the most part a great place to stay and relax.
Perfect Lodging Hosts for a Wedding Weekend
Shannon Mon 22/08/2017 16:32The Hampton Inn West Little Rock hosted our family for our daughter's wedding weekend Aug 18-20 and nothing could have been done better. From the first phone call to Jessica Crossman to set up the booking, to being passed to Courtney Blazer after she became sales manager the care by the Sales team was seamless, very efficient and the communication was excellent. The front desk staff attended to all of the family members' every need. Miss Kathy especially stood out as an amazing ambassador for the hotel. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed getting to use the meeting room, and the lobby space was lovely and peaceful during this stressful time. Even as we departed a very kind and attentive housekeeper on the first floor (I wish I remembered her name for sure, Felicity maybe?) saw me leaving and trying to carry several loose items. She immediately came to me to help put the items in bags so they wouldn't be lost. They were a spectacular host for our group!
Great place to stay
jamesaZ6876EFon 21/08/2017 10:51We were passing through Little Rock and needed to stay for the night. This Hampton Inn was a great place to stop! Very clean, helpful staff, nice pool, very quiet and comfortable. This hotel is highly recommended!

Mark Con 17/08/2017 02:29Spent a weekend here with my sister at a retreat. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the room was perfect. Love their beds. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Kudos to Jessica and Andre!

Walter Son 17/08/2017 01:10Nice clean room, quiet area, but.....(deep breath in) the clerk said he was running my card for "incidentals" and apparently selected to run it for the room rate that was supposed to be charged to my boss. I go down to the front desk, didn't get an apology for the mess up, but it seemed like she was helping out. Turns out now I have TWO charges for the room pending on my card for a total of over two hundred dollars now and still not sure the problem was taken care of. I would go back and talk to the front desk but they might wind up hitting me for a third charge. I hope this clears quickly but is such a hassle to have that much money held out of my account.
