Stuart Mon 26/06/2017 22:29I stayed for two nights. The rooms are on the smallish side, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was crowded, but satisfying. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is well located, right off of route 23. It's a few minutes to the UMichigan North campus, and about 15 minutes from the main campus. Lots of good places to eat within 10 minutes of the hotel.
I would stay here again, if I were coming through Ann Arbor.

Mary Pon 24/06/2017 01:36Attending concert at The Ark the Hampton Hotel was excellent in all services to guests. Professional staff providing concierge services and information. I rate the Inn "Excellent" in all services if the hotel. I will certainly stay again
Reasonably-priced hotel close to UM campus
daviddNapervilleon 21/06/2017 21:53Hotel was a few miles from UM campus and near expressways and fast food eateries. Nothing fancy but clean and quiet. Free breakfast was not the best I have seen at this class of hotel. Would consider staying here again if cost was an issue.

Change your sheets btwn customers, so there is no blood on sheets, Wash all linen for bed bugs and spiders. I don't appreciate waking up to blood on the edge of my bed on my sheets, my husband was bitten by spiders or bed bugs several times on face, arm, and legs. Good luck to you all
Satisfactory place to stay
Davis Gon 11/06/2017 20:38If we stayed here again, I would definitely ask for a King studio as this room seemed very cramped and outdated. It could use a real renovation as even the bathroom seemed ill organized and crowded. The staff is efficient and the location is pretty good--near CVS and coffee shop, groceries, etc.
