patricialS7313ZUon 15/08/2017 13:05Stayed for one night to attend a family wedding. The hotel was very crowded and the check-in process was slow, as there was only one employee working the desk. Although the room was small, it was very clean. Did not try the breakfast as it was too busy.
Attentive Management
Rxgeekon 12/08/2017 00:48Just an average Hampton Inn with the usual breakfast buffet and room amenities. It is conveniently located on a street loaded with competitors. The issue I had was resolved by the hotel's policy of "satisfaction guaranteed" and resulted in my cost for the room refunded. Not only that, but I got to keep my earned Honors points. That's customer service!
Overall, a good visit
harleychic66on 08/08/2017 20:02Was a perfect location for the track event we were attending at EMU. Easy traveling to and from that location. The room was good...could use modern updating. There was a pool, but no hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Nice desk in the room, for working. Had a decent sized refrigerator.
Bathroom is a little small...could use a different vanity. Room needs modern updating. Like the fact that they have "quiet hours", but it needs to be enforced. Ran out of food for breakfast.
Last minute but well worth it
marsheiaton 07/08/2017 20:35It was last minute when I found out that I need a hotel room for me and my family. I searched all around but every rate that I had gotten was over priced in my opinion. The Hampton Inn was my last resort before I decided to drive all the way back home to Cleveland Ohio and drive back to Ypsilanti the next day. I'm glad that I decided to stay because I had a very peaceful night and was able to let everyone rest before our big day at the AAU National Track Meet at the University.
Better Places To Stay Then Here!
Daniel Con 05/08/2017 15:50Unfortunately, we did not like our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were not recognized as Diamond Hilton Honors Members. We were not offered any water or snacks and the guy at the front desk seemed bothered by our being there!
When we got to our room, everything was OK, however, we had reserved a King and received 2 full beds instead.
This hotel is in need of A LOT of TLC. Think twice .... no three times before staying here. There are a bunch of better options to say at in Ann Arbor!
