Pam Ron 26/08/2017 13:17Our room was clean and comfortable and plenty cool. The staff was friendly and helpful! They recommended places to eat and how to get to them. Also printed out directions to our destination for the next day.
My stay
tonykP1602GUon 24/08/2017 10:45The beds are way too soft which caused me to toss and turn and. It get a very good night sleep. The ac had to be turn down to 65 to stay or the room was to warm to sleep in. The iron spit water and needed to be replaced and the room came without a refrigerator.
Find someplace else to stay
rkapon 21/08/2017 13:46We stopped here overnight on the way to college drop off in Cleveland. It was very convenient--right on the highway. For over $200 (yes, over $200) I was expecting this to be the nicest of the many Hampton Inns I've stayed in over the past two years. It was the worst. Arrived in a freezing cold room, and we had to turn the AC off for hours to get the temp up to 70ish. Good thing we could keep the AC off since it made so much of a racket that we then kept it off for sleeping. The room was compact. There was no refrigerator. The slowest elevators I have ever experienced.
Front desk staff was friendly and the breakfast food was typical Hampton Inn.
In the spring when I drive to Cleveland to pick up my son, I will not be staying at this Hampton Inn. $200 should at least get me a refrigerator.

Moonstone07on 20/08/2017 02:40We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns as we travel across country. This property was just average. It seems to be an older Hampton Inn. Everything seemed a bit worn, hallways were not very clean. Just did not meet up to Hampton Inn standards. Definitely needs some updating and more attention to detail. Disappointing.
Great Staff
dencrocketon 16/08/2017 20:57Stayed here to be close to a wedding just down the street. We had a king suite with a jacuzzi. The room was nice and spacious. The hotel was a bit dated, but we really enjoyed our room. The breakfast had to accommodate a large number of guests and when an item run out the staff were quick to refill it. The staff here went out of their way to make our visit nice. We had requested a feather free room and had one waiting for us when we arrived. I only mention this because we have made this request many times before only to find we had a feather room, my wife is allergic to feathers. Stayed in a room opposite the highway to avoid the noise.
