Very friendly and helpful staff
Kimberly Won 09/06/2017 01:32Loved, loved, loved this hotel. Mama June in the breakfast area was so nice, and always ready to help. Natalia at the front desk was super friendly. We had to stay extra days in Cumming because of vehicle problems and the staff at the Hampton Inn made a bad situation not so bad. I would definitely stay here again. I was traveling with a disabled couple that are both wheelchair bound. We had a handicap accessible room. The room was large enough to easily accomidate both wheelchairs. The bathroom was large enough to manuever the wheelchairs in with no problem. This is a very nice hotel and I was pleased with our stay at this Hampton Inn.
Great Hotel, Great Staff
robv02on 08/06/2017 13:57Staff is very friendly. They are attentive and go above and beyond to address any concern. Complimentary breakfast is good and the hostess, Mama Fran, is amazing. Stayed here 4 times now and have not been disappointed.
Five star hotel in my book

I've usually have very good stays at Hampton Inns and this one is no different except this one being the best of Hampton. ALL the staff were delightful to interact with; JD met us late at night and took care of us. Mama Fran down at breakfast was a southern treat...whatever they are paying her isn't enough. You can't train a sweet personalty like hers and you can tell she loves her job interacting with people. I was making a waffle and she comes by and tells me to go sit down with my wife, she'll bring the waffle over to my table. She made everyone there feel at home. Oh and the hotel was very clean, the A/C worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

737timothyron 06/06/2017 07:31A slight glitch in our reservation was corrected within an hour of being notified. Great Customer Service! Thanks Adriene at the front desk. Mama Fran never disappoints! Just sorry we picked a weekend that she was off so we only got to see her the morning we left. She's a real treasure and she's why we always stay at Hampton Inn Cumming when we visit several times each year. The young man who filled in for her at breakfast did a great job too, but, as tiny as she is, Mama Fran's are some big shoes to fill. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool and work out room looked cleaned and well appointed. The staff was friendly, courteous, and eager to please. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn to anyone visiting Cumming, GA. We look forward to our next visit!
Best stay EVER at Hampton
cynthiaw259on 05/06/2017 19:39I have stayed at many Hamptons. This is the best one I have ever stayed at. All the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than I expected. The staff their made up for any deficiencies with her friendly, I'm glad to be here to help you attitude. Would recommend this to anyone. Location was convenient to all my events.
