Amazing front desk and Staff
430jaimenon 15/08/2017 22:07The staff here always strive to go above and beyond to take care of their residents. That's something that you don't find to often and it really makes a difference. I would highly recommend staying here even if you would have to drive across town. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Stepmonster27on 10/08/2017 17:37We stopped here on the way through NM. Room was large, beds were super comfortable as well as the pillows, AC worked, and the breakfast was decent. It was very quiet. The breakfast attendants were very friendly and personable! Only downfall...cookies were gone. :)

Elizabeth Don 04/08/2017 21:21We visited family in Deming and stayed for eight nights at the Hampton Inn Deming. We loved the comfy beds and great coffee and hearty breakfast offered in the morning. And we will not forget the warm cookies in the evening and the warm smiles from everyone at the front desk. It was a very enjoyable stay.
Exceptional check in/inattentive breakfast staff
Del Con 02/08/2017 20:11Lucas at check in and check out was amazing. I sae him from the parking lot already greeting us with a smile. Very attentive, helpful amd personable. He also gave us a treat for our service animal to welcome him. Pet friendly/clean/quiet. But breakfast staff was terrible (Mary) seemed bothered by us asking for assistance. Breakfast was not set out at 6 as it was supposed to be. I believe she probably was running late as she said "oh I forgot to clock in" Asked if they had toppings for the waffles that have been in every hampton inn we stayed in during our road trip. She actually said we were spoiled. My 12 year old was bothered by that statement. Don't know if she was having a bad day but that is unacceptable. It's not a way to treat anyone especially a Hilton Honors loyal member. Lucas made up for it at check out with his friendliness. If you dont want to deal with the rude breakfast staff. They have to go bags at the front desk!!!

Bill Mon 30/07/2017 17:12This property is very well maintained, extremely clean and you will be greeted by an extremely friendly staff committed to making your stay enjoyable. I have stayed here twice and will be traveling to the area a few times a month and will not be considering any other place to stay other than this one.
