The Best Staff Ever
Cassandra Ron 29/05/2017 09:49I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was so helpful. The rooms and facilities were all clean and well kept. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience. I even observed their excellent service towards other guests.
Great Hotel
Mary Aon 07/05/2017 05:16I stayed four nights for business and even though there was a lot of construction next-door and was next to the highway I was never disturbed by the noise. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and the bed was very very comfortable. I would definitely stay there any time that I went to El Dorado.
Easter weekend stay
drucillad2017on 24/04/2017 12:22The air in my room did not work, my room was not cleaned Easter Sunday due to the holiday. The clerk Sunday night was apologetic and helpful the manager the next morning made excuses saying I left the room to late for it to be cleaned even though I left at 10:30 That morning.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff
Mrstriggins1on 23/04/2017 04:30We always stay here when in town and have always had a good experience. We would recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly. Not a lot to do in El Dorado so it's good to have a nice hotel room. Love the chocolate chip cooked they bake in the evening!
