Hotel Staff was above and beyond
trying-to-get-thereon 25/08/2017 23:29We stayed two nights for the Totality/Eclipse and the hotel was booked full. Despite being super busy, they treated everyone well, met every need and special request, they were not overcrowded at breakfast, did not run out of anything, extended the breakfast serving time, had snacks, drinks out at all times. We have stayed at hundreds of Hamptons as well as other Hilton brands, and many other hotel chains, and this location is right up at the top. AND as a bonus they were dead center in the 2 minutes 40 seconds of totality, which was AMAZING. Truly a great two days.

3menandamomon 14/08/2017 14:35Super Nice - Friendly, Free Copies, Yummy, Simple Breakfast Great, Friendly Kitchen Lady that was smiling and helpful! Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, went out of their way to make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Grateful!
Nice place to stay
cathyw131on 09/08/2017 19:04Room was clean, nice and quiet. Very good breakfast and excellent service at breakfast. Bed was comfortable. Great location. Definitely would stay here again. Very close to center of town but on a side road so very quiet. Hotel in very good condition.

Nice Hotel in Gallatin.
Robin Hon 07/08/2017 14:47The hotel was clean and very nice overall. We were staying overnight while visiting the area. The lady doing the breakfast bar was very nice and pleasant. Although the breakfast items were just the usual you find at any Hampton Inn, she really made the experience much more pleasant.
