Nice staff, clean room, good value
svenska572on 31/07/2017 14:39My daughter and I stayed here recently because she had a softball tournament nearby. For these kinds of nights, you don't need fancy, you just need a clean room and a comfortable bed.
Before posting this I read a few other reviews. People need to remember that this is a Hampton Inn and not a full-service Hilton. First, the staff were all great. Nequa checked us in and set the tone for our brief stay - she was great. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was the standard Hampton Inn breakfast: good, not great (actually, the waffle batter was disappointing but I'm not going to ding a hotel merely for the Belgian-style waffles).
I do wish this hotel had a mini-market as opposed to vending machines. I ended up walking next door to the adjacent (and non-Hilton property) in the same parking lot. They have a mini-market with snacks and ice cream.
Overall, I would stay here again without concern.

534stacywon 31/07/2017 10:50This was one of the nicest Hampton Inn's I have every stayed at. Great service at the front desk, the receptionist was knowledgable of the area and she referred us to a fantastic pub/brewery. I wish that our stay was longer and that we were more able to use the facilities. I would stay here again and again and again.
Dank smelling rooms with hobo bed quality.

When I entered I was greeted by the smell of dank air and my first thing in line of sight was ripped couch and seat cushions. I would only stay at this location if everything else was sold out. The poor quality of accommodations really put a damper on my wedding weekend experience.

92sadanandapon 11/07/2017 09:53The hotel is located centrally. The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was well equipped. 'they also had coffee through out the day which was nice. I wish the beds were in better shape. Mine was soft and lumpy..and I did not sleep well.
Needs some work
Cynthia Won 10/07/2017 04:01I love staying at Hampton Inn, and this one was OK, but it needed some TLC. The hallway carpet was worn looking. Our bed wasn't made very well. The sheets had stains on them. The bottom fitted sheet wasn't on the bed very well and the top sheet was tucked in so far at the bottom that we couldn't pull it up over us very well.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good. Breakfast was good.
As many times as I have stayed at Hampton Inn, this one was somewhat disappointing.
