Weekend trip!
VMB157on 17/07/2017 21:28The property was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness instead of 5, was that the soap was left in the bathtub soap holder from the previous guest. The got the last King room left and it was next to the elevator and the vending area. We expected a lot of noise all night, but surprisingly heard no noise at all. One of the quietest rooms we have stayed at. Overall a good experience.

rhlee1957on 13/07/2017 20:50We arrived in the early evening. Staff was very courteous and we were checked in within about 5 minutes. The hotel was quiet and off the interstate so no traffic noise at all. AC worked good. Overall stay was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. Very clean!
Super Clean & Well Run Hotel
kcb310on 12/07/2017 03:28We were very impressed with both the cleanliness of this hotel & their willingness to address constructive criticism. The beds & linens were comfortable & the place was well maintained & clean, clean, clean. Our only problem was a pizza place/bar behind the property that was playing loud music late into the night. When we mentioned this to the manager the next morning, the hotel said it shouldn't have happened & that they would have addressed it had we complained. We will definitely stay there again.
Worest place ever
V3542UFstephaniedon 10/07/2017 15:14I had booked this hotel using my Hilton honors points and apparently selected smoking room by mistake. My child is allergic to smoke so we could not stay in a smoking room. I expressed my concern prior to us checking in when the lady at the front went over the reservation type. I said oh wait we can not stay in a smoking room and told her why. She immediately said well you can cancel but we will not refund your points. I said can we switch to a nonsmoking room she said no. I called the Hilton honors people, they could not understand why she refused to switch us as there were 7 rooms available and the price (points) would be the same. She was very rude with them as well. The Hilton honors people were finally able to cancel the room and rebook one of the 7 other nonsmoking rooms. It took and hour and a half. I would like to note the hotel did nothing to accommodate us it was 100% Hilton Honors. I never once received an apology for how she treated us and I contacted the general manager of the hotel and he has never returned my email.
Nice Weekend Getaway
Ashley Mon 06/07/2017 19:13My family and I visited Hot Springs the weekend before the Fourth of July. The hotel was very busy, but it was quiet and the room was very clean. The front desk staff was courteous. My children were upset that there weren't any cookies out in the evenings as is custom in other Hampton hotels. There was a variety of breakfast items each morning. The hotel is about a 5 to 10 minute drive, depending on traffic, from Bathhouse Row.
