SolomonSimon2on 22/07/2017 05:10When we checked in, the young girl at the front desk talked to me like I was a complete idiot about taking care of my two 8 pound dogs that accompany my wife and I on every trip we take. They have stayed in more hotels at the age of 3 years old than most people will stay in in their entire life and are more well behaved than 90% of kids I see in hotels. Later in the evening after the soda machine had taken $2.50 from me, I went to tell her about it. She asked me why I put the second $1.25 in the machine after it had taken the first $1.25 like I was continuing to put money in an empty machine. I have spent approximately 225 days a year in hotels in many different cities in the northwest in the past 6 years as I travel for work, and for the money we spent on this hotel for a night, it by far the worst place that I have stayed at. I have never been talked to so rudely at any of them. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Clean and Adequate Not Exceptional
Judith Son 22/07/2017 04:23Adequate room, smaller bathroom, clean but nothing special. Overall pleasant housekeeping staff who went the extra mile to get us glass glasses. For some reason they were unable to split the check on 2 credit cards. Adequate place to stay if you're passing through.

Karen Hon 21/07/2017 05:59This property is ok, not a great deal but not a bad deal either. Rooms are out dated and bathroom seemed dirty do to age. Beds were new during our stay so no issue there. Breakfast is the normal free hotel breakfast. Location was great, easy in, easy out.

jeremykM9174POon 18/07/2017 21:06We had a great stay, good breakfast. Got our honors benefits and fit us in a full hotel with a cancellation and roll away bed. The staff was courteous and followed up quick and efficiently. We were happy we did not have to seek another place to stay. Its hard to beat a Hampton stay.
Great location
herbertw923on 17/07/2017 15:20This hotel is located just off the freeway. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, and there is a movie theater and a shopping mall just down the road. This hotel has some of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered.
