Since this the only hotel in town all Business travellers are ending here but definitely not for pleasure. It a rundown dump with prices of a 4 star Hotel . due to monopoly its legalized robbery. Nothing works except the hot water. Wi-Fi is below all Standards. Nights to forget asap

A good place for family,friends,and solo visits.Co-operating staff,and good location.Excellent for hall booking,for parties etc..A very ideal place for family.Parties such as farewells and many more.Just excellent.

Dirty rooms, filthy bathrooms

The hotel takes the advantage of the no other hotels nearby and charges a premium for a third grade property. The rooms are clumsy and the bathrooms are filthy. Their is no use of changing the room as all are almost in the same condition.
To add to the horror are the staffs particularly in the reception. They give a damn to your request or requirements.

Price for being the only option

Given the fact that this is the only decent in the town, it has a price which will be considered outrageous. The hotel has a good restaurant though. As long as one orders Indian, one should not complain. The staff is well behaved but lazy.

I stayed there twice. The Hotel really needs an renovation at least new furnitures I would recommend (the furnitures seems to be from the year 1992 when the opened). The beds smeel moisty. I almost could not sleep.
Hans Regency is asking for high price but don't even provide a hairdryer and the internet is almost not working and in case very slow. The breakfast room is dark and the offered food might be ok for an Indian. When you order in the restaurant you really need to take your time but the food is good.
