Phillip Lon 30/05/2017 01:57booked 4 nights for an employee working in the area, would not let him check in on my credit card, big hassle, could not get customer service on phone to get resolved, on hold, on hold, on hold.
I don't need lack of customer service to make a simple reservation turn into the 1 x 10 rule. The person handling the reservation new upfront that the person to occupy the room was an someone other than myself.
When I finally got someone to answer the phone I had to go thru 4 people to finally get to a live body. But it only took my about 10 times to get thru because they keep putting me on hold and lost my place in the line.
I knew better than book this hotel. Shame on me.

Scottf1953on 24/05/2017 04:24By far the nicest casino hotel in Oklahoma.great hospitality great rooms and real good food.clean and very well run casino.a lot of table games along with a huge 2 floors of slot machines.super rock memorabilia throughout the hotel.
Don't expect the room you reserved.

The woman in charge of the front desk stated that it was hotel policy to over reserve.
We were provided a king room at a discount and free breakfast but I will not be staying at this hotel again.

weekakon 18/05/2017 18:47First place I visited in Tulsa on holiday from scotland and loved it. Great food, excellent service and lots of things to see and do from the casino, to homages to john lennon, jimi hendrix and foreigner and guitars galore. The only negative would be the smoking inside the casino, i suffer from COPD so this atmosphere wasnt good for me. Would love to visit again and would reccomend to those visiting Tulsa.

VegasHopperon 18/05/2017 17:20I'd put our recent stay in room 955 second only to the Palazzo rooms I've stayed in during my Vegas visits. Very nice, clean, modern, with a fabulous bath/shower. No comps on this one since I haven't recently used their players card, but a Tuesday evening price was very comparable to other hotel locations. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Parking is a little confusing but they now do have an open lot near the back entrance and walkway as well as a multi-story parking garage. Definitely worth a stay.
