Extremely extremely bad!! They overcharged for the dirtiest room ever and we got sick
Mudit Kon 19/07/2017 22:37I booked a room and stayed there for the night using hotwire.com Hotel confirmation #5156244625. First they give me a key to someone else's room. After waiting for an hour, they gave us room to a different key and OMG, this room is horrible. The kitchen slab is coming out, there is no shower curtain, there is trash in the sink. Bedsheets are not clean, there are holes in the carpet and the couch. It's the worst hotel I have stayed in. We asked for extra blankets, pillows and after repeated calls no one came. They promised us breakfast but there was none in the morning. Worst in not over, after I complained to hotwire.com and got a refund to my money because of this horrible experience they charged my card on file the full price. It's been several weeks and they keep avoiding my calls and manager even though promised but never gave me the refund. Finally today I had to call CHASE claims and file a claim for that transaction. Now I have to mail or fax the copy of hotwire.com payment. So much trouble for staying there. Please avoid this place at ANY cost. These are just liars and the place is so unhygienic that we got bed bugs by just staying in for one night. If you are reading this, PLEASE don't stay here!!

globalempire34on 18/06/2017 22:19This place is a true dump, dirty rooms, garbage everywhere, staff is very not friendly very rude in fact. No internet service, horrible tv reception management do not care. Party and noise all night long, hookers running around the place. I mean we cannot find one single thing that was pleasant about this place. Our air condition, several lights, and cable was out for the entire time. Police stayed in the complex which let us knew their we lots of illegal activity going on. Stay at you own risk you have be warned.

keonna Con 12/06/2017 00:22I tried to call the number that was online but it kept giving me springhill suites, so I was calling to let them know I was going to be late arriving, so I get there and they tell me they don't have anything. so now I'm angry, I drove 13 hours and no room. so she says they have a room may 13th, 2017 was the check in, ok now I'm charged for the 12th and the 3th , then I did't know it was a cash deposit of $100.00 that had to be paid in cash only for damages or for smoking in the room. ok I ck in, the building is nasty outside, the door of the room is damaged where someone had tried to pry it open, it has a kitchen but no dishes nor silverware and pots and pans , there damages on the wall by the bathroom mirror the tub is nasty, the room smells like smoke and I ask for a non smoking room. it was terrible. please don't go to this place, they need to shut it down till it fully renovated. I was a guy that work there , he was parked next to me and he smelt like weed, so they come to work high. it's nasty , nasty, I asked if I could leave and they told me , if I left I could not get my $100.00 bk, i was very angry.

I spent all morning looking for a website to this company. There is none. I wanted to sent this as a private email to the general manager but couldnt find it. So this was the only option I had.
I wish there was a way to not rate this place. It doesn't even deserve one star.
First lets start with check-in. I booked 3 rooms, one regular room for me, and 2 penthouse suites, one for son and nephew and another for my cousin and her son. I booked this establishment because of the amenities and price. I booked it through my employer website that allows us to have discounts. First amenity was the outdoor pool, on 6/10/2017 it was 90 degrees outside, I was told the pool was closed. Didn't think to call ahead of time to see if it was open because it was the middle of June. Second Amenity, the basketball court. There was a court but no rim. I had teenage boys with me. They were looking forward to playing some ball as an activity. I checked into the first room around 3 pm, the room smelled and felt damp. The furniture is old, and for this to be a 2 bd penthouse suite with 2 levels, there was only one 32" tv in the entire room. The tv was in the living room area. It were a few other things that wasnt working but they fixed those things but the time I came back around 7p to checkin the 2 others I reserved. The day time clerk was very accommodating with me checking in late. No problem there. So, I check into my other 2 rooms. My son and nephew goes into their room and goes into mine where one side of my bed was pulled down. My kids thought the hotel had turn down service. I said ummm No they don't. I'm there for about an hour when someone tries to open the door, luckily I had the double lock on because he wouldn't just walked in on me. I was just out of the shower and alone...needless to say I scared out of my mind...It was maintenance saying he was coming to fix the ice maker and that they were not suppose to rent that room out. He went on to tell me that the room was fine and it was no problem with me being there. At this point I was not comfortable but there were no refunds on my money so I chose to stay. The television channels were garbage. The wifi was garbage. The bed was missing a leg. I used the phonebook to stabilize the bed so it wouldn't wobble. So around 1130 pm my son calls my phone to tell me they were evicted from their room because they had to many people in one room. I went down to the front desk where I was greeted my a lady with the worse attitude I have ever scene. Im upset I didn't get her name. I asked her what happened and instead of her explaining to me what they did wrong she pulls out a paper I signed earlier in the day about it only being 6 people to a room maximum. Ok, fine. I understand that. But, that's why I rented three 3 rooms so once it got too late they could disperse into their own rooms. Instead, they kicked them out of the first room for having too many people. For all of them to go to the second room to get put out of that one too. I had a cash deposit for the first room, so that was forfeited. The second room was on my credit card, they gave me another chance for that room, but not the first one with the cash deposit. When I asked why they couldn't give them a second chance for the first room, the security guard responded with "because we don't have to." All the front desk clerk wanted to do was call the police. I was not loud or belligerent. I approached with a calm and adult like manner. All I received was attitude. I asked if the boys had did something wrong the employees said no but it was too many people in the room and the balcony. My nephew said they were leaving the room to go to their own room when they saw them. The front desk clerk and guard was not understanding of this at all.
I will not come back to this establishment. Ever.
Almost didn't stay because of so many bad reviews
cerealfordinner_1on 28/05/2017 16:57Honestly I wasn't going to stay here but I did and they are under new management. I stayed for three nights and every morning I see a guy in a suit picking up garbage and ordering staff around to do this and that. I think he might the new manager or owner or something. They have shipping containers in the back and clearly are renovating the hotel.
My room was nicer than that last time I stayed here which was years ago. They put me in one of the newer rooms and it was worth the price.
Never heard of Springwood suites, but it must be an up and coming brand.
I would recommend giving them a try it looks like they are going through some big changes.
I will definitely be back next time.
