Bhavs62on 01/06/2017 14:26Coaxed by chap at the airport to come to this "best" hotel. It has turned out to be a very old smelly hotel. There is smoking allowed throughoutthe hotel including the rooms which smell of cigarettes. Beds are clean but very hard. Carpets are dirty and stained. The bath tub a leaked so that when you had a shower there was a flood on the tiled floor making it lethal in the bathroom. The redeeming quality is the charming check-in staff, who use a smartphone language translator to communicate me. There was no manager on duty. Sadly this hotel is not really fit to look after International guests. Very glad our stay is only for one night.
Better than trying to sleep on the floor at the airport (just!)
Roy Jon 29/04/2017 14:07Got billeted here following an unscheduled delay, not a great place to stay, dirty and stained carpet in our room. Most staff rude and unhelpful, with some notable exceptions. Great short order noodles available in revolving restaurant for breakfast.

The room was disgusting. Dirty bathroom, stains on the floor and bed, and toe nail clippings on the floor. Food was revolting and inedible. Do not ever stay here, it is a health risk.
nice, clean rooms and good service
Kimiyo Mon 11/12/2016 03:14stayed here during a long layover. the staff does not speak a lot of English but well enough to answer any questions I and the other English speaking guests had. they were very friendly too. the room was clean and spacious. I especially liked the big, well-lit bathroom. the stay came with free breakfast at one of the restaurants but the food was not that good.

This hotel cannot be recommended to anybody. Please don’t book this hotel at any situation. When we walk in to this hotel at 9.30pm after a long flying they said no rooms available. They said booking.com don’t pay them when booking is don and they can’t take any responsible for late check in 21.30. After long one hour fight with the reception girls (they don’t speak good English), one of their costumer services assistant sales girl Ms.Penny walked in who can speak English helped to get us at a different hotel around 23.30. The hotel booking was with breakfast but didn’t get any breakfast. All the blame should go to bookings.com for having or booking these kinds of hotels in their website without checking about place.
Now let’s talk about our New Xing He Business Hotel. It’s very new yet to get tourist board licenses. There is lot of good restaurants in walking distance including KFC. Very near to Guangzhou bus terminal, Guangzhou railway station, MRT and Underground whole sale market all in just 5 to 10 mints walking distances.
Rooms are very new, clean, new towels, new beds……….
It’s a good hotel for business travels…..
