We landed up due to non availability of rooms in other hotels.. Very bad management dirty linens & towels.. Very slow pathetic room service.
Uncleaned rooms with poor knowledge staff to handle the guest.

Overall good.

Nice time at OOTY and very crowded due to summer vacations..
Rooms are not facilitated with morning breakfast and Tea/coffee
There was no bathing soaps, Tooth paste, bathing towel..etc
We need to have these things with us before going there.

Location wise it is very close to ooty lake & main city market,rooms are good clean neat, food was average.budget rate also.manager & staff was polite,hotel is perfect for family.best season to visit April to june

Boarding is not valuable.In short We had'nt found comfort through out the day.
It was basement cottage,charged 3000/night,having negligible facility.It was 1 day useless arrangement by west nature cottage for us to sort out there internal issues.
Food was ok.

Location wise it is very close to Ooty lake and main city, although located a bit interior. The rooms are good and well furnished, try to get the one with balcony. But I wasn't impressed with service or food quality. They have cottages, so for a group its an excellent stay. hot water is available and they have sufficient parking space.
Overall nice stay.
