Florian_Tudoron 18/05/2017 07:00Everything is old and dirty. The bed is orrible. The cleaning definitivly must be impouved. The elevator is strange and dirty. The sink feom bathroom is clogged. The towels are old and looks strange. The mattress is an disaster. A lot of noise coming frim the street during night.
Poor service
Pietro Pon 01/03/2017 13:53I've been in this hotel in 28/02/2017 for 2 nights. I took the suite to 4th floor. They didn't do the clean room service properly after pay 400,00 lei night. The staff asked many times a day for pay the mini-bar. Hotel and room really good, but the staff service is really disgusting...
I don't suggest anyone else... please ensure before you make a booking please... I wish the management will take care about it...

KatieLou41on 11/06/2015 23:27Room I had was very large but decor dated. There were holes in the bedding. The curtains didn't fit the windows correctly. Cold shower and the TV didn't work and wifi only worked in reception.
Breakfast was interesting.
Adult style club in the basement of the hotel!
Staff were friendly and helpful
Booked for three nights, stayed only one

Nicusor Bon 24/03/2015 13:37If you come to Craiova, don't go to this hotel.Worst possible choice in this city.The room is small, dirty and the personel not at all frindly or profesionall.Not 4 star hotel at all, 2 star at the most.
Not the Hotel I once knew
adicroion 26/06/2014 14:44I stayed at Hotel Helin a few years ago. It was one of the best hotels in Craiova.
Now I was amazed the room was not at all cleaned. Dirt on the carpet.
The Mini bar refrigerator did such a noise I had to unplug it.
I was disappointed.
