Anniversary Trip
daniellegW8253MFon 30/08/2017 22:36We had a nice relaxing stay for our anniversary. The breakfast area was busy the next day and over flow offered in another room. It wasn't presented very well (tables weren't moved and chairs were everywhere and the tables weren't cleaned up.
Good Place to Stay
stevewK117QGon 30/08/2017 18:10Overall Super 8 Windsor is a good place to stay. Quiet, clean rooms; Good breakfast; friendly staff; good location; nice pool with awesome waterslide; plenty of free parking. My only gripe would be is that it's overpriced. Rates should be in the $119 - $129 range and not the $149 a night they are. The tax and fee price of $175 a night is too much for a hotel room in Windsor, NS.
Quick stop
299natashawon 17/08/2017 20:14Hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable, but the in room fridge made a terrible noise at night, and woke everyone up. Also, the heating was hard to regulate; we were hot at time, freezing at others.
I forgot about the fridge until we were on the road and my kids mentioned it, so we did not report the problem. Could not get the internet to work, possibly related to the high volume of guests?
2nd Visit and No Regrets
Cathy Don 08/08/2017 17:37This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It is about an hour away from Halifax and is situated in a charming little town. The staff go above and beyond for service and are always a pleasure to talk with. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is buffet style with your basic choices - pancakes, toast, muffins, eggs, juice and coffee.

robertu741on 24/07/2017 23:39This hotel was used by family and friends attending a wedding in the area. The hotel was the norm for this type but the price was higher than comparable in the USA. The front desk staff ignored us until we had to be rude; the breakfast staff were delightful, giving us directions, local area information, sites to visit, restaurants with local food, etc. We appreciated them!
