An Oasis, will come back!
tamil8900on 27/08/2017 17:06Staying at the heritage was one of my favorite parts during my recent trip back to India. I stayed here June 2017 for 2 nights. The grounds were expansive and beautiful. The rooms were luxurious. We stayed in a room with a pool, which was fun for my daughter. You can get a pool that's 2 feet or 4 feet and the pools are of different sizes, so check that out first if you plan on using the pool alot.
The hotel also has a big pool right in the middle, very very nice. 4 feet deep, but enough to wade and have fun. Bring your own pool toys, they don't have too many. Swimming classes are also available if you are interested. Using the pool was one of my favorite parts of staying there.
I also tried the spa, a bit disappointed. I went for the ayurvedic massage. The oils were amazing and the head massage was great. The body massage was a waste-just a ton of oil and large brush strokes. Didn't focus on individual parts of my body and didn't go deep. Also, for the front, the masseuse starting massaging my breasts!!! umm, what? I was totally caught off guard. It was NOT sexual, this is NOT a place for happy endings. She just acted like it was a very routine part of the massage, and perhaps it is, but I wish she had asked first. I didn't get any other services at the spa, but overall it was a bit underwhelming.
The food was average. Great choice, great variety, but not very tasty. The exception is the breakfast buffet that was really amazing.
Overall, an awesome place, and I will definitely be coming back next time!!

Verdant 17 acres, absolutely delicious buffet at very reasonable price. absolutely fantastic hospitality, courtesy, warmth by all the staff members. The dining area 's location next to the banyan tree is breath taking. rooms are very spacious and comfortable. All in All no words to describe our stay. absolutely worth it.

We had a fabulous time and were looked after brilliantly from the time we arrived to the moment we departed we were looked after as though we were truly special. All the staff are wonderful, kind, friendly, polite and very helpful. We stayed in a pool villa which was extremely comfortable and spacious with large bedroom a really good size, the bath room too was big, the living room had a television comfortable sofa, Everything was spotlessly clean. The pool is integral part of villa and very specious and the water was clean. The pool overlooking the bedroom and we could walk straight down to the pool from the bedroom. At the restaurant, the food was outstanding with a fabulous buffet breakfast. We take this opportunity to recognize two staff members at the restaurant, Mr. Senthil and F & B Manager, Mr. Senthil for their outstanding service.The lunch and dinner too was amazing. This was a fantastic short break and we wished that we had booked for longer!

Oasis and charm from another age

As an English family with two teenagers the calm leafy surroundings and large swimming pool were a welcome relief from the hectic city. Aspects of the hotel could use some attention but the staff keen to rectify any problem as soon as they were made aware. If you can afford it go for a room with a plunge pool it is a treat and these rooms have more room. They have old world charm. The restaurant had quite a few options for a break from Indian food which our kids appreciated. Breakfast was good. Tea and coffee not great but that seems to be the same everywhere we have stayed.

on 16/08/2017 23:09Super place friendly staff in all areas everyone genuinely trying to make your day special. An oasis of tranquility after busy hours out on the tourist trail. I am a lover of Indian Cuisine and I was not disappointed in all the meals at the hotel
