Happygetawayon 08/06/2017 21:23Great location - easy to get to and from. Older hotel but very well maintained. It was nice and quiet. The pool is in the hotel building next to this one but quick to zip back and forth - wasn't winter so not bad at all. Breakfast included - nothing fancy but it was hot and filling and did the trick. Any staff that we encountered were friendly and professional.

RyKieImagesEventson 08/03/2017 08:05I've stayed here before without any complaints. Staff are friendly and helpful. They're doing renovations now, and it's looking great! They support a lot of community events and causes, and have done so for many years. Excellent local business that includes a management team passionate about tourism for the region.
Good For Teams
DLLV9on 21/02/2017 20:15The good points - the staff was excellent, especially Kim at the front desk who was very helpful, and the waitress in the restaurant (did not get her name) who was efficient and calm even when our whole team invaded at 6:00 AM for breakfast! The food was good too. The hotel has several meeting rooms, one of which they let our team use for a potluck dinner no problem. Our room was a good size, had a mini-fridge and a microwave, was very clean, very sound-proof and the beds are very comfortable.
The down-sides -- the hotel is showing it's age a little, the room stayed quite warm even though we had the heat turned way down, and it did not have a pool, but our girls were able to zip across to the adjacent hotel to use their pool and hot tub, which are quite small but worked okay.
All in all a good stay for the weekend!
Older Hotel
Ktn Ton 31/08/2016 03:56When booking my hotel from the Internet I did not realize there are two hotels side by side with names very similar. This was the older of the two and though there is signs of renovation the rooms show their age. The staff was friendly but there was a musty smell that was difficult to ignore. The bed linen appeared to be clean but the bed itself was very soft which did not appeal to me. There are numourous newer hotels near by so I won't be back.

lsqk33on 03/08/2016 20:31Alot of customer complaints about bugs being in the beds. Alot of rooms were leaking water from the room. Staff were very unprofessional. Bad language continuously from an employer at front desk. We had our children with us.I would NOT recommend staying here! I don't even give this hotel a 1 star rating. horrible place. Will not be staying here again.
