Norma Mon 19/06/2017 17:16Stayed for 1 night in a recently renovated double room. Found it to be clean & very modern. Hotel staff were wonderful. Couldnt figure out the air conditioner & there were no chairs on the balcony. Called the front desk & within 10 minutes someone arrived with chairs & showed us what we were doing wrong with A/C. Asked for later check out the next day & it was not an issue. The staff at McCabes, the adjoining restaurant were wonderful as well. Will definitely stay again if in the Orillia area.
Worst hotel

Got there at 4 pm our room wasn't ready which wasn't a big deal me and my husband had planned on going to the concert at casino . We got back at 11pm to get check into a room that was so dirty their was poop in the toilet the floor wasn't clean their was multiple hair in the bath , holes in the wall , outlets sticking out , base boards half off the wall . We had spent 20 minutes to find another hotel to stay at for the weekend . We went to the front desk as I was not happy and told her girl their room was completely disgusting and we had book another room somewhere else she offered to switch us rooms but their was no way in hell we would stay in a hotel that is completely dirty and disgusting . The outside door that is suppose to have a lock on it actually didn't even lock . We waited till 11pm for a room to be ready for us to walk into a room that was so horrible . I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody . They are under renovations but in my opinion this hotel should not be open if they are under Reno they should not put ppl into a room that is falling apart and completely dirty .
Worst Place EVER!
Darleen Lon 05/06/2017 18:19Our room was awful! Carpet was torn, bathroom was moldy, sheets were stained, towels were dirty. Entered through the back to the not renovated building..poorly lit..over grown with weeds..smelled horrible! Never going back there again! Stay away!
A COMFORTABLE & RELAXING HOTEL
dicrom88on 11/05/2017 16:54I stayed for 3 nights in this newly renovated hotel in Orillia, in fact, I may have been the first in a brand new room! The hotel is presently being renovated with a brand new swimming pool.
The complimentary breakfast in an attractive, warm restaurant is excellent and the waitress service polite and friendly.
I would certainly recommend this hotel for quality and comfort. With many thanks.

lang0ton 25/04/2017 19:332 times a year I send my staff over for the breakfast. April 22nd was the worst experience we have ever had and the food was cold /old and not eatable. IT was embarrassing to say the least. Probably never return
