Booked this for my partners birthday kingsize room £239 for 1 night which is more than 1 weeks wage of working hard to be giving a room which to door was all dented likw someone had tried yo lick it in then when we got in the room single glazing windows that were all spiders webs and a toilet what smelled of urine and bleach checked in within 5 min of paying £239 of my hard earned money i was checking back out offered us another room but honestly the place was so unclean i said no can i have a refund and i will go else where as we have our dinner booked a d the answer was clearly a straight no from the reception supervisor as they could not find the manger in the hotel after looking for 20 min total joke of a hotel will not be back in any hilton they are theifs conmen would like to see them working all week for nothing !!!!!

Anniversary Get Away

We like to treat ourselves on our Wedding Anniversary and were not disappointed by our stay here.
From Check In until Check out staff were very warm, welcoming and efficient. Check in was very quick and our room was ideal and very comfortable.
Special touches from the staff in the room were greatly appreciated and helped make our stay feel that bit more special.
We were booked into Bovine for our meal and again, staff had been made aware of the reason for our stay and brought over a drink while we waited for our meal and congratulated us on our Wedding Anniversary. The meal was excellent, well worth the visit.
All these touches make you feel more at home and ensure you have a great time.
Breakfast has a full and wide range of food to cater for everyone's choices, All served by pleasant staff.
Definitely a memorable stay and look forward to repeating in the future

Stayed during festival

We stayed here during a festival in July. I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and I was very impressed by the service by the staff. Very kind staff, easy check in and also simple to find the rooms.

We had brought our dogs and they were fantastic about them being there and allowing us them in the room, which I appreciate greatly

I wasn't in the hotel much but when we were a member of staff was very rude to my mother and younger brother as there was a noise complaint. No noise was coming from that room as there was a child in there sleeping. Confronted the staff to be treated very rudely by the front desk manager.

Turned out it was the music coming from the gin bar that is very loud in some of the rooms. Be aware if staying over the weekend as the music shall be on until 1am

Breakfast was excellent and I defiantly recommend as the quality is amazing.
Overall great hotel and would stay again

Overpriced and Undervalued

Unfortunately we had a poor experience. No air conditioning, noisy room, very uncomfortable hard bed and a real problem with pre-booking price and arrangements. Will not be going back for another stay in this or any other Hilton hotels.

Stayed a couple of nights with the family - big room so not too squashed! Comfortable and well appointed. Added breakfast - well worth it. Gym only at sister hotel across town so not practical to use but would have struggled to find time anyway! Location very good for shops, bars and restaurants, botanical gardens and transport. Would return.
