Unfriendly and dishonest staff

We were traveling to Canada and we booked this hotel for one night to rest from a long driving trip. We left the room at the exact checkout time, but the hotel charged us for 2 nights. We provided proof that we were in Canada that day, yet they dismissed our concerns and refused to refund us the money. They kept lying and coming up with excuses. They dont care about their customers, all they care about is making money through dishonest means. We had to dispute this charge through our bank because they ignored our calls and kept referring us from one person to another and each person would give us a different excuse and reason for the extra charge. They didn't even acknowledge booking.com reservations which was for one night.

of this world in Albany, This city is so boring, I mean really boring. They clos shop at 2 pm and open again the next morning. The hotel was pretty good, after my little conference, i had nice room to sleep in, nice and polite staff. Food was good, I would recommend this hotel,... if it were in a different city... I will deinetly never go back to Albany.

Elaine from the Executive Lounge took such good care of my priority request. I phoned from out of state to send a gift to my friend's room,"Find a delicious wine to send surprise room service to celebrate taking the bar exam".And ASAP before my friend got back from the exam site. Thank you Elaine for taking care of business and making it a celebration!

Room walls are paper thin. You can hear pins dropping in next door rooms. If you enjoy sleeping this hotel will not own up to your expectations. Pool was closed but on the website it showed a date in whichbis was open. A week after that date, still closed...

Poor quality room for price

Our air conditioning did not work-and it wasn't until 12:30 in the morning before we finally got a fan. It was hot and no one was helpful. I had to ask several times to get a fan. Maintenance was very rude.
