ukjules59on 22/06/2017 18:20Our first time in the Hilton and were not disappointed, the hotel is large, modern and very close to the train station and city center. The service when checking in was quick and professional, room on the 9th floor with a roof top view of the city and going to the theater which was right outside the door. The rooms are large, very clean and very quiet, sound proofing which being on a busy road/area is necessary. Breakfast was plenty, tasty and hot, with free drinks. There is a bar in the hotel with a very entertaining barman. Needing the room card to operate the lift gives you a secure feeling. Beds we felt were slightly harder than we are used to but we still slept well, arco in the whole hotel including room.

dianawS4718BLon 19/06/2017 10:48Our business group had a terrific stay at the Hilton in Rotterdam. Service was excellent and great support for our business meetings and food service. It is located near restaurants and shops and the rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for!
needs some renovation but still quality hotel and superhelpfull staff
Wim1984on 18/06/2017 17:40The hotel was up to the expected standards. Hotel room was very clean and still all facilities are OK. However you do see that some of the rooms need renovation. In our room for instance the heat and AC control was not really up to date, which made it hard for us to control the temperature.
There is also renovation going, (I think) as 1 of the elevators was out of service. This created a huge qeue from time to time at the elevator.
In our room was also no water boiler. It was missing, however I need to complement here the hotel staff. 1 phone call and 5 minutes later we had a waterboiler. The personel is really superfriendly and they do anything to please the guests.
coming by car, we had to circle a few times, to find the valet service.
This is how it should be, customer first.
Overall Mediocre
CWACanadaon 18/06/2017 16:42Overall it is a mediocre, however, it was quite central to many tourist activities, and was a 3 min walk from the Central Train Station, which brings one to Amsterdam. Also, the breakfast was filling. The internet speed was fast, and the room had a lot of natural light. The staff are friendly.
Great Location for visiting or business
Traveller_LZon 16/06/2017 11:31It is a totally refurbished hotel in front of Weena Fountain in the heart of Rotterdam Centrum. Walking distance to all shopping areas, metro stations, Central Station and restaurants/bar
Safe area since is a touristic one. Expensive parking on all area
Good size modern rooms, attentive and complete breakfast, nice relaxing Lobby and great service at any hour.
I will repeat it next time in Rotterdam
