Nice place to stay in Alwar
aggarwalrkaon 27/07/2017 13:05We stayed at this hotel last week. The hotel is a big one with enough parking space. Did not use free wi-fi. The intercom is functioning. Reception and room service are quick to respond. Complimentary breakfast was OK though they don't have a buffet service. No fruit juice in the breakfast. There is seperate food available for driver. The reception staff girl was a bit fussy and was reluctant to re-issue a bill which was not as per protocol and due to oversight we did not remove food items from the bill. Later on, when we insisted to meet her senior, she took less than a minute to re-issue the bill.
Don't have great expectations
LuxuryTraveller3579on 28/04/2017 09:09The location of the hotel is ok. The rooms are also large & fairly cooled. The shower area in the bathrooms don't have doors hence water spills out into the entire bathroom floor while you are having a bath.
Room service is decent.
Breakfast spread is also ok. Could have been better though with more continental options.
Good place to stay in Alwar!
Thetripisonon 26/04/2017 20:59This is one of the best hotels in Alwar. Was rightly recommended by a local friend when we went there for a team outing in March this year. The rooms were clean, service was excellent and the WiFi worked well. They have ample covered parking, decent breakfast spread and gave us complementary early check-in and late check-out.

BifocalLenson 20/04/2017 08:55if you are in alwar and are habitual of a luxury stay this is the only best option available for you as other properties are mostly havelis and are in old condition which you might not prefer. This place is very near by the lake which is sili-ser lake.
breakfast buffet was nice as you get to eat tasty food and the view is also nice fromthe dining area.
prefer to in rainy season, this place is a bliss.
Dirty with poor focus from staff
Anmoly81on 17/03/2017 04:56Had to make last minute booking so decided to stay in place that i knew. So this was my 2 nd stay. Even after instructing for clean linen while booking, what i got was shocking. Bedsheet with stains and lipstick. Towel which had become grey in color. Pillow cover dirty with holes and no hand towels at all. Waited 2 hrs to get things sorted. Spoke to hotel and clear trip and finally got an upgrade. Room was nice nd big , sheets were clean but loads of mosquitoes, AC did not work and same grey old towels and no hand towel.
Best thing in the stay was the masala tea and staff in restaurant were good.
I would say spend more but dont stay here
