mba4uon 05/08/2017 15:02I stayed there for the first time as arriving late at the airport. The hotel interior is quite new and seems to be refurbished. The room is nice and good equipped.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.

the_Devilynon 02/08/2017 14:13The hotel is located conveniently for the airport, the NEC, the station (B'ham Int'l) and the motorway. Easy to find, car park is quite small and charged for so you're best with the train - there's a free shuttle minibus. The rooms are a bit dated in design. The bed was comfortable and it's good to have a choice between opening a window or having air-con. However, the carpets look worn, the bathroom was rather dated, especially the shower which was quite hard to turn on and off. It was OK for one night's stopover on a business trip but I'd rather not stay any longer than that.

I have not much to fault here. Its a solid hotel shows in the occupancy date. Place was packed. Start off room i stayed 268 was well built spacy modern in design.
Plus points
- Comfy bed and bedding sets(5 star quality)
- Waterboiler
- iron only the the ironing board was missing.🙂
- Spacious bathroom
- Pretty well isolated room
- European powersocket
- Tv channels where clear
- Wifi was quick
- Breakfast was excellent lot of choice.
- House restaurant Marco's Pierre White food was excellent service was outstanding.
- Staff where friendly
But here come the negatives.
- parking place overcrowded
- coffee served during was not nice watery and beland.
- in the middle of the night somebody tryed to enter my room luckily i chained the door the lady who tryed to get in apoligised
- Roomkey malfunctioned two Times during my Stay.
- And they ran out of Stella when I went up for my first drink.

travelingchef01on 31/07/2017 23:41Stayed here for one night while visiting family in the area . Clean, modern Hotel . Staff very helpful and friendly, had dinner and breakfast in Marco's , what Can I say it was the best part of the stay , had crab cakes to start , followed by salmon cannelloni and chocolate brownie for dessert , all was well well cooked and delicious. Breakfast was freshly cooked , eggs and omelettes cooked to order . I will stay again .

The reason why it beats the Premier Inn it has a lovely Pub next door.
Just what you need before a 6am flight the next day.
The hotel was clean, tidy and reasonably priced.
