Great Place to Hold a Conference
Lee Son 17/05/2017 12:49I was the coordinator for a 3-day, 100+ person conference. During this conference we rented 29 rooms and their banquet facilities from the Holiday Inn. The conference was for a Veteran's group therefore many were a bit older and had some special physical needs. During the conference we ate there in a banquet setting on three occasions. Three different meeting rooms were established to accommodate the weekend's events. The expectations were very high, but the staff at the Holiday Inn was great. They were always helping and willing to adjust when necessary. The food was very good and everyone enjoyed the fresh, large and clean rooms. The weather was a bit poor so we did not get to use the pool, but I'm sure this would have been a wonderful addition. We actually had planned to put a band by the pool one night, but due to the weather, it was moved to the banquet room a the last minute and all went very well. Great staff, nice clean rooms and large banquet area were the keys to a good conference. Thanks goes out to the Holiday Inn.
Comfortable stay with a Bar and Restaurant in the lobby.
ljohnson08on 28/04/2017 18:56Extremely friendly staff and present to meet your needs before you can even ask. We were a large group of 22 and were met with the staff and a toast of mimosas. The restaurant in the lobby is very convenient with a good menu with dinner and appetizers.
Comfortable Hotel for a short stay
Kenny Don 06/03/2017 07:00This hotel was booked for an overnight stay while on a business trip. The Customer Service was great and the room was very comfortable. The King Sized bed was perfect and the room was very clean. I slept like a baby. The food was not all that great but was satisfying enough to fill an empty void. At the point in time the hotel was doing some renovations. I will not hesitate to return there if I have the need to.
Last minute stay
James Hon 27/01/2017 01:49Traveled to Houma for a funeral and made our reservation at the last minute with no problem - great rate and secured the room we wanted. Arrived late (10 pm), greeted warmly and in our room within minutes. Very clean, well appointed and quiet. Exercise room small, but outfitted well. Great coffee (Community). All told, a very nice property.
