Big clean rooms.
Dardo777on 25/08/2017 15:51Stayed for one night here, as we were going to a concert at Bethel Woods. There was a small problem with the key not working, but that was quickly rectified. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Basic breakfast was included.
Comp night canceled on Wounded Army Veteran
Gary Con 19/08/2017 10:33In the spring of this year as I was checking out from one of my many,many stays. I sometimes stay with my Caregiver and family or solo. This time the Lady, who was kind enough, offered me a COMP night when I was ready. Shortly after I scheduled a date, but I hadto be rushed to the hospital for my wounds. The COMP night was cancelled a week prior and the hotel said call when I am ready for my FREE night. I set up a night to stay for Friday 18 August 2017. Wednesday of this week I received a call from a young female employee. She told me on Friday people will be paying $200 night and my status free, THEREFORE my stay is cancelled!!!!!!!!! FURIOUS IS A VERY NICE WORD! I immediately called and spoke to a Gene, who refused to change the cancellation. I ASKED TO JUST GIVE ME THE POINTS EQUIVALENT TO MY FREE STAY WOULD. GENE DECLINED MY REQUEST. I THEN CALLED IHG AND THEY WERE FURIOUS AS WELL AS I am. They said they would attempt to call the hotel and resolve this. Yesterday Afternoon I received a call from Mr. SALAZZO, the Gen. Mgr. Or owner. He advised me he would not give me my points nor will he give me a COMP NIGHT NOW OR IN THE FUTURE AND I'm not welcome! He said , with some fresh words that I made a big mistake by calling IHG! I ASKED WHY? HE SAID HE COULD GET FINED, NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! Therefore, I'm will not get anything and my COMP. NIGHT IS TAKEN AWAY. THE ONLY THING HE SAID WAS COMP NIGHT ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FRIDAYS!!!!!! PHONE CALL ENDED. I WILL BE CALLING THE INSPECTOR GENERALs office! SALAZZO has told us stories of past employees who were fired. He told us the in great detail. All you he hadto do was be honest, be a gentleman and give the equivalent points. FyI to the male employee who was fired a few months, I would be, along with my wife more than happy to help you, because SALAZZO all you hadto be was be honest and take care of the COMP NIGHT IN A CORRECT MANNER. IM DISABLED VETERAN AND I will be contacting the ADA about your discrimination! The American Legion, VFW, the DAV . You can always call and correct this with me this weekend! Goodnight!

Good For A Short Stay
justmarypon 09/08/2017 16:34We were traveling to New England and just needed a one night pit stop. This hotel is fine for that. I would not like to stay for an extended stay for a few reasons. First the bathroom was TINY. It had absolutely NO counter space. Second was the wifi. It was horrible in our room. We eventually figured out that it was better over by the beds..than it was near the desk, but that is no acceptable.
Otherwise, it's a convenient location. It's close to the highway with lots of restaurant and gas stations near by.
Moving in to new home
giresion 15/07/2017 20:19Made the reservations over the phone and when I got to the front desk there were no found for us I made them through their 800 number they had to accommodate us with a different room the one that we requested and it needed updating and there was a lot of construction workers there did not feel safe as a woman and had my husband with me
Better than expected!
MizzyG1on 22/06/2017 03:03We always stay in "better" hotels. We have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before, but this was the only hotel in town with vacancy. We were tired so we took the room, and I'm glad we did! The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we got a peaceful night sleep. We ordered room service in the morning, and the breakfast was delivered on time and it was yummy. We have nothing bad to say about our visit. Nice place to spend a night while on a road trip.
