Great Hotel
Katy Mon 28/08/2017 01:56We stayed here on our way home from a long trip. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our dogs and they had a nice dog walk behind the parking lot that had a bench, was quiet, and semi-sheltered. It looked like they had a barn for horses. For breakfast they had the basic continental breakfast for $3. Cereal, oatmeal, bagels, juice, coffee, etc . . . It is close to several fast food restaurants and around the corner from the I HOP.
Great Stay
ogrkkcoon 12/08/2017 22:36Check in was quick and flawless. Staff was friendly and welcomed us. The room was a two queen bed room. The beds were comfortable. The room was very quiet, clean, and the air conditioning worked well. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The restaurant was closed due to changing brands.
Use Holiday Inn Express instead
edwinw525on 05/08/2017 22:06We were surprised at the cost versus the amenities at this hotel. The staff were a bit surly when they saw we had booked with Expedia. The lobby is very updated but the rooms could use some updating. The room was clean but not spotless. I don't like finding hair in the bathroom sink! The breakfast consisted of coffee and orange juice. Again we were unpleasantly surprised. We would recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express for a better experience
Second visit within three years
E6845LSjerryson 24/07/2017 15:10This was our second visit in three years with the Holiday Inn Rock Springs and found that the hotel continues to be well maintained and pleasant. We were especially impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the common areas. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We will stay with them again when we travel to Rock Springs next year.
$3 Charge for Hot Breakfast
Karen Mon 20/07/2017 02:04We stayed here just one night during a cross country trip. The lobby is very large and fancy. We liked our room - clean, nice and large, but directly across from the hotel laundry facility. Nice, friendly staff. Also free newspapers. I was surprised that there was an extra $3/person charge for their hot breakfast, which was disappointing especially the coffee. Better to go next door to McDonald's!
