Good location, great staff
Skip Don 12/08/2017 16:26The location and staff were the best parts of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who spent considerable time with us showing us places to eat and drink in the historic district. The hotel is near River Street but it's at the far, far end. There are plenty of places to eat and drink near the hotel. The area looks a bit run down but we felt safe. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels.

Great location! Must walk across the street down to LuLu Chocolate Bar!!! Incredible Desserts and Martinis.

bobraySavannahGAon 07/08/2017 01:13This hotel has been renovated and looks great...the staff is among the friendliest anywhere. Would have given this hotel a 5 rating but for location and parking. Only valet parking is available and the parking lots surrounding the hotel all have posted signs stating no parking allowed for holiday inn guests, so you have to go and find parking elsewhere. The hotel is also located and the west side of Martin Luther King Blvd, and has sketchier neighborhoods behind it.
Great stay while traveling through Savannah
NanaPopion 03/08/2017 18:17My wife, granddaughter, and I had a short stay at this property. Great stay, close to the river front and the City Market. Had a problem with our TV. Antonio responded right away, fixed the problem. All staff we encounterd was very helpful and customer friendly.
Antonio is awesome - he's very customer service oriented! Thanks for your help!
Chris Pon 31/07/2017 21:24Antonio brought us a larger refrigerator that cooled better than the one we had. The valet guys are very helpful and have cold water waiting. Our experience has been great and we have five more days in Savannah.
