ReallyNiceClarkon 21/07/2017 15:42Booked this on points as we were flying out of the country. We just needed a place to sleep and park the car (stayed 2 nights-outbound and returning).
The staff is great, Laura and Zach are very professional, personal and kind.
The hotel is falling apart, toilet over flowed in the middle of the night and when I called the front desk from the room phone it didn't work either.
The rooms stink, walls peeling, popcorn ceilings, damp and musty.
A/C barely worked, was loud and bed was lumpy.
Stay somewhere else.
IMG needs to tear this building down and rebuild.
A great park and fly place to stay
Pam Bon 07/07/2017 18:43If you are flying out of the St. Louis airport and need to park long-term this is a great place to stay overnight. It is older but clean with descent beds. But I recommend scheduling your shuttle to the airport early because they fill up fast. We had to leave 40 minutes earlier than needed because of full shuttles for an early morning flights.
Stay for the evening.....
Bruce Gon 02/07/2017 14:57My wife and I wanted to do something for the July 4th weekend so we came down from Chicago to check out the area. Due to my status with Holiday Inn we were upgraded to the Parlor Suite. The room was very nice. The hotel is a bit dated although both staff at the front desk were nothing but professional. Very nice stay. While here we grabbed dinner at Yesterday's Bar and Grill across the street.
Clean, Comfortable and Consistent
07BigBlueon 15/06/2017 03:36As a road warrior, I always stay at the IHG Holiday Inn properties across this great country of USA. This property is clean, comfortable and consistent as we expect a national chain to be. Upon checking in late one evening the front staff were very friendly and welcoming which was really great. Nice work folks.

WYphotographeron 22/05/2017 21:42This hotel is conveniently located by rental car returns and offers a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes. The free breakfast is well stocked and hot. Room is clean, some airport noise but what do you expect? Staff is some of the friendliest, happiest people I have had the pleasure to interact with. Bed was incredibly comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
