major-aaon 29/04/2017 09:50i have been a regular customer of this hotel. front desk staff are pleasant and warm, but the restaurant staff needs some more training and inputs on refinements and customer service. the food is good but the breakfast buffet menu needs some improvements and variations. all this time that i have been staying in this hotel the breakfast menu is the same, except for the flowing brewed coffee.
OLD and SMELLY
rdway2002on 24/03/2017 04:49I booked the room off good reviews on their WiFi. The WiFi is free but terribly terribly slow. The 1st day OK - Day 2 Passable - Day 3 SLOW I let the front desk know and they said they would look after it, that NEVER happened. And it just got slower from there. I ended up using mobile data most of the time!
The rooms are old and there are few electrical outlets to charge laptops or phones. I had rotate to try to keep things charged! The staff was friendly albeit not very knowledgeable of the area. The minibar is way over priced. There are a number of newer hotels right in the same area.
Basic hotel in busy area of Cebu
Mark Con 29/09/2016 15:21Waterfront Mactan was full so stayed here it's 30% of price and is basic but adequate for couple of nights on business. Room ok. Area OK Jollie Bee burgers around corner and then Greenwich Pizzas which is good. Lots of other eating walking distance. Bo Coffee next door is great students everywhere so has 'safe' feel. Breakfast OK but again basic for foreign guest. Would stay again.
Very good prices, clean, staff are friendly
Luke Jon 09/08/2016 08:27I've stayed here 3 times, every time I get a good price, decent rooms. Upgrades are not too expensive. Rooms are spacious, some of the equipment is out of date but for the money its as good as it gets.

Melyn Pon 18/07/2016 04:30Power point is not working such a terrible because mostly guest need to charge gadgets,and laptop, and the bath its broken the maintenance guy look at it and he doest know how to fix it, and after few minutes the front desk let us move to another room then same problem again ,my partner pissed off 1 in the morning were check out ,even we never sleep until that time .
