Poor Hospitality
rssodhi123on 17/08/2017 06:23Stayed in this hotel on 16 Aug for a night. We were three Guests. The room was OkOk . For three guests they provided only one drinking water bottle. Also the extra bed was not put in the room though they had prior information. On asking they said that we give only one. In my mind this is ridiculous. Also the chinese dinner we ordered was Pathetic. The so called complimentary breakfast was pathetic. The toaster was not working, jam was being served open, food quality was poor. The juices served were diluted and not branded stuff. The restraunt manager was least bothered of what was going on. Our experience was not good.Only plus point of this hotel is it's location .

Very bad experience
Nikhil Son 16/08/2017 05:06It was my very bad experience since ever in tbis hotel. After check-out and getting filled the feedback form they gave me shock. There was some invisible stain which can be easily wash out in the kids bedsheet. They charged me very high amount for the laundry of that bedsheet. They charged me higher than new bedsheet price which is very shameful and unacceptable from such type of hotel. Can't suggest this hotel to anyone. Very congested rooms and service is disaster.

Deepesh Gon 14/08/2017 13:53Really good hotel.. Hospitality is real good.. it qas new expeirnce even fir me where hotel really works for customers..Takes care for every need..even upgraded my room..no bar.. Food was lil diappointing

927vishalpon 30/07/2017 18:52First of all only good thing is staff..no hot water in my room..rooms r clean but not specious..food taste is very poor..2 star property..good thing is location near by market..and reception area feels like 4 star else rest is 2 star
