One of a kind!

Recently, I revisited this Home2 location in Columbus, GA for the 2nd time since Christmas and have to say both times were the best of any hotel I have ever stayed in! Truly, I believe the reason for me was not that it is a nice hotel, which it is regarding the breakfast food options, decor and cleanliness, but mostly because of the attitude of the entire staff which includes management, the food preparers, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel! Very friendly and accommodating to me as well as every other customer I had the chance to witness! Unbeknownst to most of the staff, my circumstances for my family visit were incredibly difficult and stressful and I so much appreciated the employees efforts to share their smiles and short conversations with me every morning and evening when I would return to the hotel. Added some much needed sunshine to my days! There is no doubt that this team aims to make you feel welcome and strives to perferct customer satisfaction!!! Upon check out, I was actually really bummed out to leave after such a pleasant 2 week visit. Looking forward to another great visit very soon! Thank you Home2!!

764rodneybon 16/06/2017 18:24This was our 'glitch'- arrived at 1:30 expecting to check in. Clerk told us there was a full house, housekeepers were rushing to clear rooms. We were told it would be 4pm before we could check in. Rather than pal around in lobby, we went to dine and shop around. Got back at 3:30, waited in lobby for 20 minutes then we were officially checked in,.

Excellent hotel
marloh163on 09/06/2017 12:04Stopped here while traveling through the area. Late check in but clerk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Gave us an extra large room (on our floor of choice) and it was HUGE!! Very clean and friendly staff!!
Love the 1 bedroom suite
fishfan30on 07/06/2017 21:09This is our 2nd stay at Home2 and enjoyed it again. It is close to Ft. Benning and restaurants. The large room makes relaxing easy for all to enjoy the visit. Staff is always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile.
