Perfectly situated
Charlotte Kon 17/05/2017 13:30Comfortable and perfectly situated. Clean and nice. Food markets close by, kitchen well equipped for 5 people. Perfect for families. Dogs allowed for small extra fee. Taxi stand very close by. Recommended
Service denied
Vandahlson 16/05/2017 22:40We arrived while check in was supposed to be open. Other frustrated guests had been waiting for a long time already. We tried to call, e-mail etc. but we got no response anywhere. After about an hour we were extremely annoyed. We left for other accommodation instead. We have still not received any response from the hotel. I have called my bank to block payment.
I think they are crooks. They charge you extra if you want to check in outside normal opening hours, but take no risk in case they do not show up when they are supposed to be there. If the world was fair, they owe me money for not being able to show up for work in time.
Comfortable Stay in Rome
Craig Aon 11/05/2017 02:56Our family of five found this a good place to stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus kitchen and sitting room. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Nice outlook from the Windows/small balconies on the 5th floor. Close to the Trevi fountain, and near a small Co-Op supermarket and restaurants. We walked to all the major sights in central Rome from here. Helpful staff dealt with our early arrival.

LittleMissSunAdicton 26/03/2017 19:51I really wanted to be able to provide a glowing review but I am sadly unable to. As a couple we stayed in the family room which was basically a one bedroom apartment. We were very happy with this, and the lovely gentleman that greeted us upon our late arrival. Praise to you kind sir. However, on the second the last morning we woke to no hot water. Not great when you have plans. The situation was resolved within 1.5 hours but the rep resolving the problem was very rude during this process. The other negative was the multiple insect we got during the night each night. Very odd considering we never opened the window in the bedroom. Dread to think what was munching on our face, arms and ears while we slept. If it wasn't for the hot water, insect bite and staff rudeness situation though I would honestly rate it top marks. Great location, lovely apartment and vast majority of staff were delightful. All in all we had an exceptionally wonderful holiday exploring the wonders of Rome (despite the itching!!).

Alex Eon 29/01/2017 22:45This isn't actually a hotel it's suites in a block of apartments, don't let that stop you going tho, nice clean room, daily towel and beds , good location, good price , free wifi , would easily recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
