marcusd425on 11/08/2017 22:20I stayed in a nice, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The kitchen in the suite was very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The location was convenient. I have no complaints at all.

tyronepowellon 07/08/2017 21:20The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I was greeted at check in by Debbie and Itsell and they made it feel like I was staying at home. The check in went very smoothly. I got to my room and it was the cleanest room I've stayed in. I wish I could have met the person who serviced my room to thank them myself. Then during dinner time I was approached by Ophelia the hotel's chef. She did a great job on dinner and she looked very happy to be there. I was also approached by Hallie during dinner time and she asked how I was doing and if I was enjoying the food. I have never seen such a helpful, caring hotel staff. I did not personally get to meet the person in charge, but whoever it is you're doing a great job training your staff! Keep up the good work!

Brent Hon 07/08/2017 14:48I checked in close to midnight. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and because of my Diamond status had been upgraded. They could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Everyone I came in contact with from check-in, housekeeping, breakfast, check-out all greeted me with a smile and very nice welcome. I did not use the stove, but everything in the suite was nicely laid out. If I were to stay longer, I would have taken advantage of all the amenities. The fitness center was a little small. The hotel is in a convenient location to the San Jose airport and various highways.
Spacious room with subpar services!
Dennis Ton 02/08/2017 18:56Spacious room but subpar service! Don't expect similar customer and room services from other Hilton properties. We arrived around 4:30p and were told our room wasn't ready for another 30 minutes while posted check--in time is at 3p. Second day room service didn't happen until 6p and they just replaced towels. Stay away if you can! This property is catering to business customers and is not for leisure travelers with family. We stayed for 3 days over the weekend and it was one and only stay with this property. Never come back!
